Riceful was born from a simple obsession: onigiri. We opened our doors in Berkeley in 2019 because we believed this food deserved a permanent home here. Not a gimmick. Not a trend. Just honest, well-made rice sandwiches crafted by hand, filled generously, and wrapped to order. No shortcuts. No standing inventory. Just the same care, every day.

Riceful is a family-owned, woman-operated business rooted in the belief that comfort food should be simple, fresh, and made with intention. Alongside our signature onigiri, we serve traditional Japanese rice bowls, curry, and udon — all made fresh daily in the heart of Berkeley, CA.

We're proud to offer full-service catering and large-order delivery throughout the entire Bay Area. From Berkeley and Oakland to San Francisco and beyond, we've served corporate lunches, employee meal programs, school lunch programs, hospital cafeterias, business meetings, community events, club gatherings, and private parties of all sizes.
